importance of staying hydrated when working out.
WATER is the best drink if you want to stay hydrated. drinking gatorade or similar drinks is not good for the average person doing an average workout. Those types of drinks are for those who are working out at HIGH INTENSITIES AND FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME (more than an hour).
